What is the OUT 2024 eligibility criteria for candidates residing outside Odisha?
Odia candidates who permanently reside outside of Odisha must provide a certificate proving their Odisha origin from their employer / Tahasildar / District Magistrate in the district where they live. A certificate from the Tahasildar / District Magistrate of their native Odisha is also acceptable.
