ACET: ADYPU Common Entrance Test 2020 - Application Form, Exam Date, Eligibility

ADYPU ACET Eligibility Criteria 2020
Before filling up the online application form, the candidates will be required to satisfy the ADYPU ACTE eligibility criteria 2020, respective to the course of their choice. Check out the course-wise eligibility criteria for ADYPU ACET 2020.
ADYPU ACET 2020 B.Tech and B.Arch Eligibility Criteria 2020
Those candidates who are interested in taking admission to one of the UG engineering and architecture programmes offered by the varsity will need to meet the ADYPU ACET 2020 B.Tech eligibility criteria 2020. As per the eligibility criteria:
Candidates must ensure that they have cleared their class 12 board exams from the science stream with the appropriate combination of subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology.
Candidates must ensure that they have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 50% in the qualifying exam. Candidates from the reserved categories will be required to have secured 45% in the qualifying exam.
ADYPU ACET BBA Eligibility Criteria 2020
There are various management programmes that are offered to management aspirants at the undergraduate level, in various subjects. The admissions to the UG management programmes will be based on the ADYPU ACET BBA eligibility criteria 2020. The eligibility criteria for BBA cites:
Candidates must have cleared their class 12 board examination from a recognised board of education in any stream.
Candidates aspiring to pursue BBA in Media & Communication, Film & Media, and Digital Marketing & Social Media, must also ensure that they have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the qualifying exam.
Reserved category candidates will be offered a 5% relaxation in the minimum aggregate score requirement. In other words, they will need to obtain a 40% aggregate score in the qualifying exam.
ADYPU ACET B.Des Eligibility Criteria 2020
The admissions to the UG design courses on offer at the D Y Patil University will need to qualify the ADYPU ACET B.Des eligibility criteria 2020. The eligibility criteria for B.Des at the university is as follows:
The candidates will need to have cleared the class 12 board examination from any recognised board of education or have obtained a Diploma of 3 years from a Central or State Government or any equivalent board.
ADYPU ACET LLB, BA LLB, BHM, BA Liberal Arts and B.Sc Culinary Arts Eligibility Criteria 2020

ADYPU ACET M.Tech, MBA and LLM Eligibility Criteria 2020
DY Patil University also offers the students various postgraduate programmes in different disciplines. Among the PG courses, candidates will be able to pursue engineering, management, and law. The admissions to the programmes will be based on the ADYPU ACET M.Tech, MBA and LLM eligibility criteria 2020. As per the eligibility criteria:
Candidates will need to ensure that they have a valid UG degree in the relevant field or discipline, from a recognised university or institute.
Candidates from all streams and disciplines are eligible for an MBA and LLM degree.
All aspirants must also ensure that they have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 50% in the qualifying exam. M.Tech and MBA aspirants from the reserved categories are required to have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 45%.
ADYPU ACET M.Des and PGDP in Design Eligibility Criteria 2020
Candidates will also be able to pursue a postgraduate programme in the field of design, where the admissions will be based on the ADYPU ACET M.Des and PGDP Design Eligibility Criteria 2020. The eligibility criteria for the PG design programmes state:
Candidates must have obtained a graduate degree in any discipline from any recognised University or Institute.
Candidates will also be required to have secured a minimum aggregate score of 45% in the qualifying exam. Candidates from the reserved categories will be required to have obtained a minimum aggregate score of 40% in the qualifying exam.

ADYPU ACET Application Process 2020
After confirming your eligibility for the course of your choice, you will need to complete the ADYPU ACET application process 2020. For the application process, you will be required to visit the official website to submit the online application. Here are the steps you need to follow the complete the application process for ACET 2020:
Candidates must visit the official website of ADYPU, i.e. adypu.edu.in
Under the Admissions Tab, click on “How to Apply”, which will lead to another page.
Here, read through the instructions that have been mentioned by the University.
Once you have read all the instructions, click on the “ACET 2020 Apply Now” link.
You will be directed to another page you will first be required to select the department under which the course is offered and then select the course of your choice.
After you have filled in the application form, you will need to pay a non-refundable Registration fee of ₹2,000, which will confirm your registration process.
Submit the form and appear for the online ACET entrance test.
ADYPU ACET Selection Process 2020
After a successful application process, you will be eligible for the ADYPU ACET selection process 2020. Your selection will be based on your performance in the ADYPU Common Entrance Test (ACET). The selection process will include:
You will need to sit for the ADYPU Common Entrance Test (ACET 2020)
After you have attempted the test, based on your performance, you will be called for the next step, which includes a Counselling session along a Personal Interview.
For MBA Aspirants, you will need to sit for a Group Discussion and a Personal Interview after the counselling session.
For Design aspirants, you will also be required to sit for a Studio Test.
You will also need to present a Statement of Purpose (SOP) and their certificates for any extra-curricular activities undertaken by them.
All aspirants who wish to pursue the course of their choice, they will need to attempt the Common Entrance Test as well as sit for the second stage of the selection process. You will be selected for admissions to the different courses based on their performance at both stages.
An admission panel will go through the performance of each candidate and shortlist the prospective students for admissions. An admission offer will be issued to the students who have been selected by the University.
The University will offer prospective candidates another chance if they have not been selected through the ADYPU admission process 2020. The university will send the prospective candidates a letter informing them about the deficiencies which resulted in a negative result. These candidates will further be allowed to rectify their deficiency and retry the ADYPU admissions 2020.

After all the prospective students have been selected, the students will need to submit an Admission Acceptance Letter which will behave as a binding contract between the University and the student during the admission process.
Ajeekya DY Patil University does not offer admission based on the payment of Capitation Fee and all students will only be selected on the basis of their merit and the selection procedure outlined by the University. It is necessary for all aspirants to ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria defined by the University, complete all the necessary procedures which include ACET and the other selection procedure while also ensuring complete payment of the registration fee and other fees mentioned by the University. All the students, who complete the aforementioned procedures will be found to be as prospective students of the University.
