About AIFSET Exam 2025

All India Forensic Science Entrance Test 2025  (AIFSET) is a national-level entrance online exam conducted to select candidates for admission into Forensic Science programmes for various participating universities. If you are interested in exploring the booming field of Forensic Science, you can apply for this AIFSET 2025 exam. AIFSET is conducted for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. The BSc programme is of 3 years, while the Master of Science programme is of 2 years. You will be allowed to take the AIFSET 2025 exam up to three times.

BSc Forensic Science is a three-year undergraduate programme that teaches scientific applications and knowledge useful in criminal investigations. This course covers a wide range of topics, including how to thoroughly examine and study various objects found at crime scenes, which are the most important evidence. Bloodstains, soil, bones, fingerprints, data recovery from mobile devices, laptops, and computers, DNA profiling, and other evidence may be analysed at crime scenes.Forensic science is primarily concerned with crime scenes, but graduates are also called upon to demonstrate the validity of a signature on a will or an important document in civil cases. AIFSET Exam Pattern 2025

Before beginning exam preparation, candidates must first become familiar with the AIFSET 2025 exam pattern. The following sections describe the AIFSET 2025 exam format.

• The AIFSET 2025 will be conducted online, and candidates can take it using their smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.

• There will be one question paper and the papers’ time limit is 60 minutes.

• The AIFSET 2025 question paper will have 100 MCQs. 

• The AIFSET 2025 exam will be given in English.

• The question paper will carry 100 marks in total.

• Candidates will be given one mark for each correct answer; however, there will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. 

AIFSET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for the AIFSET exam 2025, aspirants must first understand the eligibility requirements. The AIFSET eligibility criteria for BSc and MSc are as follows.

BSc

• Candidates must have qualified in (10 + 2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and/or Mathematics as main subjects.

• Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 50%.

• Candidates who are going to appear for the (10 + 2) exam are also eligible to apply. 

MSc

• The candidate must have graduated from a recognised university with a minimum aggregate of 50% in B.Sc forensic science or B.Sc in relevant subjects or streams. 

• Candidates in the final semester of their Bachelor's degree programme are also eligible to apply.
  

AIFSET 2025 Application Process

Students have to first register on the official website to access the AIFSET 2025 application form.

Step 1: Visit the official website of AIFSET 2025 and click on Apply 

Step 2: On the online AIFSET exam 2025 application form page, enter all of the required information, such as your name, email address or mobile number, state and district, and then click the Submit button.

Step 3: After successfully registering for AIFSET 2025, the candidate will be directed to his or her dashboard, where they must fill out the entire application form with the required information.

AIFSET 2025 Admit Card

AIFSET admit card is released by the authorities at aifset.com after conclusion of application process. The admit card can be downloaded through the application login portal. The AIFSET 2025 admit card is a crucial document that you must carry at the exam centre. The hall tickets, contains the following details:

AIFSET 2025 Exam Result

Please note that the hard copy of the AIFSET 2025 Score Card will not be available, and the results will not be sent through mail or email to qualified candidates either. The AIFSET 2025 result includes the candidate's name, the name of the examinations, the marks, and the percentage obtained in the examination. The declared result is generated digitally, and enrollment in the course is subject to further document verification. Students will be notified of the next steps in the admissions process via mail within three days of the results being declared.

Overview of AIFSET 2025 Counselling Process

AIFSET 2025 counselling will begin following the entrance examination for admission to participating universities. Individual universities will release the merit and admission lists based on the choices made by students during the AIFSET counselling registration 2025. After receiving the results of the entrance examination, qualified applicants must register for the AIFSET counselling 2025. The shortlisted applicants whose names appear on the AIFSET admission list will be required to attend the respective institute's document verification process.

AIFSET 2025 Exam Important Instructions

All candidates must read and understand the following AIFSET 2025 Exam important guidelines while applying or appearing for the AIFSET 2025 Exam.

• The AIFSET 2025 exam will be conducted online, and candidates can appear for it on their smartphone, laptop, or desktop computer.

• Candidates will receive one mark for each correct answer, but there will be no negative marking for any incorrect answers.

• Whether you submit your exam manually or automatically, the AIFSET 2025 exam answers will be autosaved when the timer runs out; however, it is always preferable to submit all attempting questions before the timer runs out.
