In case 2 or more candidates score the same marks, a tie-breaking criteria has been set up to ensure fair practices within the AP NEET 2024 merit list. Given below are the tie-breaking criteria of the AP NEET 2024 merit list:
- Students securing higher marks in the Biology section are given preference, followed by the Chemistry and Physics subjects, in determining their AP NEET 2024 merit list rankings.
- In case the tie still persists, students with fewer incorrect marks are considered over others in the AP NEET merit list 2024.
- If the tie doesn't break, aspirants who score fewer incorrect marks in Biology are given preference, followed by Chemistry and Physics, in the Andhra Pradesh NEET merit list.
