hi, no jee is not compulsory for that ,if you planning to take admission in b tech as per the university eligibility requirement you nee to score 60 percent marks in 12 with compulsory subjects like English ,physics, math's .jee is acceptable but if you did not appeared for the same than need not to worry you can appeared for the lpu entrance exam called lpunest on the basis of that you can also avail the benefits of scholarship which leads to decrease in the tuition fee.
