| IIMs Under BSCC Admission Process | IIMs do not conduct the GD (Group Discussion) round and solely depend on WAT & PI. IIMs will release their own CAT cutoffs and candidates clearing the cutoffs will become qualified to attend the WAT (Essay Writing) or GD on current affairs, business topics, or abstract topics. Shortlisting for the WAT and PI rounds will be based on factors like CAT percentile (overall & sectional), past academic performance (10th, 12th, Graduation scores), work experience (if applicable), and diversity factors (gender, academic discipline, etc.). The Personal Interview will be based on personal background & academics, work experience (if any), career goals and aspirations, and General knowledge & current affairs.
