CCMT Seat Acceptance Process 2023
After the seats are allocated to the candidates through CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment, candidates have to accept the seats allotted to them. For accepting the seats, candidates have to pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2023 of INR 30,000. The acceptance fee can be paid through SBI MOPS (i.e. net banking or credit card or debit card or e-challan at any branch of SBI).
Following the payment of the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2023, their documents are verified in online mode. After the verification, candidates are issued the document verification slip after the successful verification of all documents. The CCMT Seat Acceptance Process 2023 is followed by three options- CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Freeze option, CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Float Option, and CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Sliding Option.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Freeze Option
CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment Freeze Option is chosen if the candidates are satisfied with the seats allocated to them after the CCMT Seat Allotment 2023, they can confirm their seats with the freeze option. Candidates who will choose the CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Freeze Option will have to pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2023.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Float Option
CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment Float Option can be opted for by the candidate when they are offered a seat through CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 and the candidate wishes to wait for seat allotment to higher preferences in other institutes. Candidates choosing the CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Float Option will have to wait for the next round of CCMT 2023 Counselling.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Sliding Option
CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment Sliding Option can be opted for by the candidates if they wish to be allotted a seat in a higher preferred choice of course in the same institute during subsequent allotment rounds. Candidates choosing the CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Sliding Option will have to wait for the next round of CCMT 2023 Counselling.
Candidates who will be allocated seats in the CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Round 3 will have to choose their preferred choice (frozen, sliding, or floating), the same as they have done in Rounds 1 and 2. Candidates who are satisfied with their seat allotments must pay the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2023. The authorities will conduct an internal sliding and national-level upgrade round for candidates who will choose the CCMT 2023 Seat Allotment Sliding Option Round 3.

CCMT Seat Allotment 2023 Reporting Process
For candidates who have successfully been allocated seats and paid the CCMT Seat Acceptance Fee 2023, the document verification process is held out by the reporting institutes within the stipulated time period. During online document verification, authorities will confirm the Date of Birth (DOB), Qualifying Details, Category of the candidates, PwD, and minimum eligibilities and revamp consequently. Following are the possibilities that can occur on the updation of the candidate’s parameters:
- The candidate will remain in this round and the seat remains allotted as the original allotment
- The allotted seat of the candidate would be nullified in this round and will be moved to the next round and on the basis of the updated eligibility and seat availability, they may be allotted a seat in the next round.
- On the basis of the input provided by verifying the user during document validation, if the allotted seat is being confirmed then “Provisional Admission Letter” will be provided to the candidate login.
- If the candidate withdraws the application, “Seat Cancellation Letter” will be rendered in the candidate login.
- For document discrepancy removal, the candidate needs to resubmit the documents for which a discrepancy has been generated by the virtual reporting center user at the time of document verification for the culmination of the document validation procedure by the virtual reporting center user.
- Candidates who do not reply to questions submitted by the virtual reporting center during the specified period then such candidates will be considered as ‘Not Reported’ and their allotted seats will be canceled.
