The more common of the admission processes, colleges or institutions will conduct a university-level entrance test or accept NEET and AIIMS BSc Nursing marks to provide admissions to the B.Sc Nursing degree to aspiring nurses of the future.

Merit-based admissions for B.Sc Nursing courses in Delhi involve candidates to have applied to the respective college. However, this mode of admission is uncommon and only a handful of colleges offer admission on merit-basis.
After applying within the stipulated date and time, the respective colleges or institutions will release merit-lists containing the names of the applicants and their ranks, which would have been calculated based on their qualifying marks.
The college or institution offering admissions will then call the prospective students to participate in the institute-specific selection processes, which may include a Personal Interview and/or Group discussion.
