Step 1. Choice and Rank Evaluation:

Seats are allocated based on students' preferences, UCEED ranks, and seat availability as per the matrix.

Step 2. Seat Allotment Letter:

After certificate verification, students receive a seat allotment letter. This letter allows them to either freeze their choice or float for the next round.

Step 3. Acceptance and Fee Payment:

To confirm the seat, students have to pay INR 60,000 as part of the semester fee through an online portal.

Step 4. Freezing Choice:

If a student freezes their choice, further upgrade is impossible.

Step 5. Options for Unselected Students:

Students not getting their first choice can either pay fees or opt to float for the next round.

Step 6: Second Round and Vacancies:

If there are no vacancies after the first round, a second round may not occur. However, withdrawals can lead to additional rounds with vacant seats.

Floating students may receive a higher choice in subsequent rounds.

• Interview and Portfolio: The interview and portfolio rounds will be conducted after the above 2 rounds.
