DU CSAS 2024 1st Seat Allotment is published today August 16, 2024. Candidates who registered for the DU CSAS can check the DU CSAS 1st round seat allotment list on the official website-ugadmission.uod.ac.in. The 1st round of seat allotment for admissions to the Delhi University for Undergraduate courses is released in the form of a PDF which can only be accessed through the candidates’ login. Students who are allotted seats can accept the allotted seats from August 16 to 18, 2024. The colleges will verify the online application forms from August 16 to 20, 2024. Candidates allotted seats can pay the fee by August 21, 2024.

How to Download the DU Seat Allotment List 2024?
Candidates who have registered for the DU CSAS 2024 can check the list for the 1st round of seat allotment on the official website. Check the steps to download the DU 1st seat allotment list below:
Step 1: Go to the official website: ugadmission.uod.ac.in
Step 2: Click on the DU CSAS link 2024 available on the home page
Step 3: The login window will appear on the screen
Step 4: Fill out the login credentials- application number, password, and captcha code
Step 5: The DU CSAS 1st seat allotment PDF list will appear on the screen
Step 6: Find the application number or name using the ‘Ctrl + F’ option for Windows and command+f for Mac
Step 7: Save the DU CSAS 2024 1st seat allotment list using the ‘Ctrl + P’ command.

Instructions for DU CSAT 1st Seat Allotment 2024
Candidates can check the detailed instructions related to the DU CSAS seat allotment process 2024 below:
- Candidates whose names are published in the 1st seat allotment will have to option to reject (if not satisfied with college) or accept the allotment (if satisfied with college and courses)
- The candidates who will accept the seat allotment have to download their allotment letter from the official website using their application number and password.
- The candidates need to get their allocation letters, documents, and certificates verified at the allocated centres for the completion of the Delhi University admission process.
- After the verification round, the candidate has to go through the medical fitness round to get admission to the DU
- The University will send the candidate’s information to the authorities once the admission of the candidate is approved
- The authorities will send the admission letter to the candidates based on the approved admission
- The candidates who don’t want to get admission in the 1st round of allotment will get a free exit. However, the deduction will be implied after the DU CSAS second-round allotment.
- Candidates who were not allotted any college will have to wait for the second round of allotment. Before the second round of allotment, the candidate will have to provide the new college preferences list for the subsequent rounds.
DU CSAS 1st Round Seat Allotment Cut Off 2024
The DU cut-off 2204 for the offered courses is decided by the colleges/institutions for admission to Delhi University. Candidates have to validate their scores while applying for the DU CSAS allotment 2024. The cut-off is decided based on the merits of candidates, the number of candidates who appeared for counselling, and the total number of seats available. The DU releases at least 3 rounds of seat allotment that is List A, List B1, and List B2.
DU CSAS 2024 1st Seat Allotment: Reservation Policy
Candidates can check the CSAS reservation policies to get admission to Delhi University in the undergraduate programme given below.
- General Economically Weaker Section (Gen EWS): 10 % of reservations are provided to the General EWS quota.
- Other Backward Caste Non-Creamy Layer (OBC-NCL): The OBC NCL category is provided with 27% reservation
- Schedule Caste (SC): A 15% reservation is given to the SC category for admission to Delhi University
- Schedule Tribe: 7.5% of reservations are given to the ST category
Note: A total of 15 % of reservations is provided from the total number of seats. The remaining 85% of seats are under the state quota (The number of seats available for reservations from each state.
