Eligibility Criteria for Government ITI Colleges in Delhi
To be eligible for admission to ITI colleges in Delhi, candidates must meet the following general eligibility criteria:- Candidates should have cleared at least class 10th or equivalent examination from any recognised school board in India.
- Individual minimum marks required for each trade may differ but passing class 10th is generally mandatory.
- The age requirement for admission is that one should not be below the age of 14 years.
- There’s a maximum age limit of 40 years but this may differ from one ITI college to another.
- SC/ ST/ OBC candidates get an age relaxation ranging from 2-5 years.
- Applicants should either be living in Delhi or should have passed their school-level education from Delhi.
- All candidates must be physically and mentally healthy at the time of admission and should provide a fitness certificate issued by a Registered Medical practitioner.
