• The online application form will be used for IGNOU PhD admission 2024–2025. For admission to the PhD programme, entrance exams are required for all students, including MPhil, NET, and JRF aspirants. There is no way to avoid taking the IGNOU entrance exam.
• The IGNOU PhD application form 2024 requires an online submission. The application fee is INR 1,000, and it is non-refundable.
• Following the successful submission of the application form, requests for category changes will not be accepted.
