Filling NEET MDS 2024 Application Form is a simple and secure process once the applicant gets the hang of all the steps involved in the procedure. All the relevant dates about the NEET MDS 2024 application form-filling process was released by exam authorities. Candidates who have completed their Bachelor in Dental Surgery were eligible to opt for the NEET MDS 2024 Exam by filling out the Application Form.

Final edit window to rectify incorrect or deficient images will be live from March 5 to March 7, 2024. Candidates were allowed to fill out the NEET MDS Application Form 2024 from January 30 to February 19 and make changes to it till February 25. The NEET MDS is scheduled to be conducted on March 18 and its admit card will be released on March 13, 2024.  Here are some important instructions one must remember while filling in the application form.

The following are some of the step-wise instructions that a candidate should follow while filling up the NEET MDS 2024 Application Form.

Step 1: Registration

All the candidates who want to sit for the NEET MDS 2024 exam must create an online profile of themselves as a new user on the official portal. This will allow the generation of a User ID and a password that will be of use to you for the rest of the application procedure.

Step 2: Login

The User ID and the Password that has been created earlier will let the candidate log in as an applicant for the exam and register their new online application. After user creation, click on the “Go To Application Form” button will let the candidate continue on with the application submission.

Note: What can the candidate do if the Login password is forgotten or lost? Clicking on the “Forgot Your Password” button can easily help in retrieving the lost password.

Step 3: Filling In Required Details

The following are the details that an applicant needs to fill out for the application form:

3.1: Name of the Candidate

The applicant has to enter their full name as specified in their BDS Qualification Certificate. The name entered by the candidate during the creation of their User ID will be used in a non-editable format in their NEET MDS application form. Note that applicants will not be allowed to change their name under any circumstances after the final submission of the application form.

On the day of the exam, the applicant is required to carry their Govt issued ID proof having the same name at the test centre to get permission to enter and sit for the exam.

Note: If a candidate mistakenly enters their name wrongly during the registration process, they must create another user with the correct name immediately.

3.2: Name of the Parents

While registering, make sure to use the complete and correct names of the father and the mother.

3.3: Gender and Birth Date

The candidate has to enter their gender and their date of birth in the proper DD/MM/YYYY format in order to continue on with the application procedure.

3.4: Nationality

The applicant has to enter the country of their citizenship.

Note: If the candidate is an NRI, then they need to indicate that in the NEET MDS 2024 application form.

3.5: Email ID

This is one of the most important steps in the application form fill up. The applicant has to enter their email ID. This email ID has to be unique for each and every user. The email ID will be verified via a system-generated OTP.

Note: Make sure to know that the email ID chosen will be the primary means of communication between the NBEMS and the candidate. Correspondence from any other email ID will not be entertained. Hence, all candidates must choose their email ID very carefully while registering for the exam.

3.6: Mobile Number

The candidate has to add their chosen mobile number so that all the communications sent via SMS can reach them safely and on time.

Step 4: Applicant Login

The candidate has to use the User ID and the password to log in. Make sure that the application form is not filled in haste because once submitted, only certain areas can be edited.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents and Pictures

Prescribed documents and images have to be uploaded to complete the application form. The photographs, signatures and thumb impressions have to be uploaded on the basis of the specifications provided here.

Step 6: Selection of Test Centre

The test city has to be selected from all the available venues on a first come first serve basis. After selection, it is mandatory to check which test centre NBEMS has allotted the candidate.

Once the candidate has filled out the application form properly, NBEMS will send an acknowledgement email to the registered email ID of the candidate, confirming the submission of the application.
