Eligibility Criteria for ISC Class 11 Registration Form 2026

To be eligible for ISC 12th exam registration, students must have a minimum 75% total aggregate as well asa minimum of 75% attendance (or 60% with condonation) to be enrolled in Class 12 at a CISCE-affiliated school. Alongside, they must have cleared all dues and submitted the examination form with the requisite fee before the deadline. After filling out the ISC Class 11 application form online, a printed copy of the application form duly signed must be submitted at the school administration office along with photocopies of the student's documents within 2 working days post-online submission. The documents are as follows:

• His/her Birth certificate issued by the Corporation
• His/her Caste and Baptism certificate (if applicable)
• His/her Aadhaar card Parents, please ensure that wards and parents should be the same in the student's Aadhaar card and student's Birth Ceritificate. All Students of Age 5 and above should update their Aadhaar Card with Biometric Entry and Submit in the School Office.
• For siblings (not cousins) of students studying in this school, a copy of the personal details from the school diary.
• Class IX Final Exam Report card and Class X Pre-Board Exam Report card.
