ITI Front Office Assistant Syllabus: The Front Office Assistant Technician course is a one-year, full-time course that trains students in professional skills, knowledge, and employability skills relevant to the job. The course covers all aspects of becoming a Physical Therapist, also known as an Assistant Physiotherapist in Healthcare, during the Secretarial Practice Course.

The course has two main parts: Domain and Core. The Domain area focuses on professional skills such as trade theory and practicals, while the Core area emphasizes life skills such as employability skills. Upon completing the training program, students receive a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by DGT.

During the 1-year training, students learn responsibilities including welcoming customers, answering their questions, assigning available rooms, guiding customers to their rooms, keeping track of room availability, communicating with housekeeping, dining, and kitchen staff about customer needs, providing details of services for billing purposes, handling postal services, forwarding messages, and assisting customers with any other requirements.

The syllabus for an ITI (Industrial Training Institute) Front Office Assistant program is typically divided into various subjects/modules taught over semesters.
