Karnataka MCA Admission Eligibility Criteria 2023
The latest eligibility criteria which the Karnataka MCA aspirants have to fulfil to be eligible for the entrance examination are as follows -
Applicants should have a B.Tech/BE/B.Sc degree in computer science or BCAdegree from a recognized university
BA/B.Com/B.Sc degree holders (non-computer science disciplines) who have studied mathematics as a compulsory subject at the qualifying level can also apply
General category applicants should at least have an aggregate score of 50% in their respective qualifying examinations
Reserved category applicants (of Karnataka state) with a 45% aggregate in their respective qualifying examinations are eligible to apply

Karnataka MCA Counselling Process 2023
The Karnataka PGCET MCA admission counselling process is conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority through which it allocates seats in various MCA-offering institutions in the state. The MCA admission counselling process of Karnataka PGCET has multiple stages and the most important stage is the registration process. After the registration process concludes, the candidates must visit one of the helpline centres to get their documents and certificates verified. After the verification of documents concludes, the officials will open the portal for the candidates to lock in their college choices. Based on the Karnataka PGCET rank obtained by the candidates and the choices filled by them, the officials conduct the seat allotment process.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) conducts the PGCET MCA seat allotment process as per the rank obtained by the candidates, the choices entered by them during the counselling choice-filling process and the seat matrix of the Karnataka PGCET colleges participating in the process. The allocation of seats is also done as per the reservation category of the participating candidates. The options filled by the candidates also play a very important role during the Karnataka MCA admission process. Reporting at Institute | Candidates who have been allocated seats in their desired colleges have to visit them before the last date and carry out the final admission step. Candidates must obtain their provisional seat allotment letter from the official KEA website and carry the same along with their original documents and certificates to their respective allocated institutions |
