KCET Application Form 2025 - Direct Link, Eligibility, Steps to Apply & Fees

KCET Application Form 2025 -  To fill the application form of KCET 2025 candidates had to first register themselves and then proceed to fill the KCET application form 2025. The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will commence the KCET 2025 registration process for January 2025 (tentatively). Applicants should make sure to fill out the application form before the due date to avoid any delays in the application form submission. Only those applicants who have submitted the application form with application fees of Rs 500 for general,  Rs 250 for SC/ST/CAT/Female Candidates, Rs 750 for applicants outside Karnataka, and Rs 5000 for applicants outside India will be issued KCET 2025 admit card.

KCET Eligibility Criteria 2025

The candidates should meet the following criteria to register for KCET 2025

• The candidates must have completed higher secondary studies (10+2) or its equivalent recognized by the government of India
• Candidates are required to score at least 45% (40% for SC/ST) in math and physics, as well as biology or biotechnology or chemistry or computer science. 
• Physics and Mathematics must be the main subjects and the entire syllabus in English

KCET Application Form 2025

The Karnataka Examinations Authority began the KCET 2025 application process again on January 18, 2025. KEA will open the portal for candidates to edit the application form after April 19, 2025. Candidates will be able to easily apply for the common entrance test by visiting the official website and following the steps below. The entire process consists of entering details, fee payment, and submitting required information/documents 

Step 1: Registration

To register for the KCET exam, candidates first have to go to the official application page, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea

• Select New User to start your application
• Read the given instructions and proceed with the application
• Select the nationality
• The PUE office issues all its 12 PUC candidates with a 13-digit 'Student Number' which needs to be entered.
• Finalize by clicking on the submit button

• Password of choice
• Answer a security question
• Security code

Candidates will receive their KCET 2025 application number and username along with other necessary information via email/SMS to their registered email address/mobile number. This information should be kept safe as it's used for login purposes and tracking the application.

Step 2:  Fill out the application form for KCET 2025

Next, candidates must fill out the registration form with the required information as per the valid documents. All details should be correct.

Step 3: Upload scanned documents 

Prospective students have to upload the necessary documents such as a photograph, signature, and left thumb impression along with their parent's signature and left thumb impression according to the specifications mentioned

Step 4: Fees payment

The required KCET 2025 application fee has to be paid in online (net banking/credit card/debit card) or offline mode. For the offline payment, the candidates have to download the e-challan and pay at a bank that is either belonging to SBI or ICICI.

Step 5: Submitting the form

Finally, candidates will review all of the details submitted and any mistakes can be fixed by clicking the ‘Edit Application Form' button. Afterward, they will have to click on ‘Accept Declaration’ and then click ‘Final Print’ to print out their application form of KCET 2025. They must show this printed KCET 2025 application form to the principal or head of whichever school they studied or are studying at present to get that person to sign it verifying its authenticity. Candidates will be required to provide this attested KCET application form at their counseling session.

Candidates can track their application by using their login credentials, in case candidates forget their password they can retrieve it by using their application number and answering the security questions.

In case the candidates forget their KCET application number 2025, they are advised to check their registered email address. If the KCET application number 2025 is still not found, then they will have to contact the KCET conducting body at keauthority-ka@nic.in. How to retrieve password?

Candidates can follow the given steps to retrieve their forgotten KCET 2025 password:

• Go to the candidates portal of KEA
• Click on the link ‘Forgot Password’ and then click on "Create New Password"
• Enter your KCET 2025 User ID, application number, security question, answer, and security code to proceed
• Click on submit, generate a new password and confirm

KCET Application Form Status 2025

To check the KCET application form 2025 status, the registered candidates are required to follow these steps:

1. Visit the KCET Official website.
2. Go to the Candidate login page.
3. Enter KCET 2025 Application No. and Password

If the "Download Acknowledgement Page" link appears on the device screen then it indicates that their KCET Application Form 2025 is accepted.

KCET Application Form 2025 Correction Facility

KCET 2025 Application Form Correction Facility is opened on February 10, 2025, at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. Using this facility, candidates can edit or correct details submitted in the KCET form. However, not all fields will be open for correction at this time. The candidates can access this correction facility at kea.kar.nic.in

KCET Admit Card 2025

The Karnataka Examination Authority has released KCET Admit Card 2025 in online mode on April 3, 2025. All the candidates who will successfully meet the eligibility criteria and submit their application can visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea to access their KCET admit card 2025. Candidates can log in with their credentials and download their admit cards. The admit card of KCET is an important document that should be downloaded by all candidates in online mode before appearing in the exam.
