The candidates appearing for the test must adhere to the KLEEE 2025 exam day instructions and important guidelines to ensure a smooth process. The exam day guidelines for KLEEE 2025 are shared by the KL University through the official website, i.e., kluniversity.in. Students should only bring the relevant documents as mentioned on the website such as admit card, ID proof, and no stationary items except a blue or black ballpoint pen. KLEEE 2025: Before Exam Checklist

For most students, the day of the exam can be nerve-racking, from the pressure of doing good to the last-minute revisions, the exam day is always an eventful affair. Therefore, ensuring you are well-prepared and ready to go before you leave for the exam centre is important. For this, you must keep a few important KLEEE 2025 exam day instructions in mind: 

1. KLEEE 2025 Admit Card: The KLEEE admit card is released on the official website of KL University, i.e., kluniversity.in, a few weeks before the examination. Students appearing for the KLEEE exam should keep the following points in mind.  

  • Candidates should download their respective admit cards before the date of examination. 

  • Candidates must check and verify all their details such as name, date of birth, and identification number are correct. If there are any discrepancies, candidates should reach out to the concerned authorities immediately. 

  • Candidates are required to carry their admit card at the exam centre on the day of the examination, if a candidate fails to show their admit card, they will be denied entry to the exam hall.

2. KLEEE 2025 Exam Centre:  The KLEEE examinations are held at dedicated examination centres, candidates can find the name and details of their exam centre on admit cards. 

  • On the day of the KLEEE 2025 exam, candidates must reach their respective exam centres before or at the specified time. 

  • Reaching the centre before examination time can help with a quick and smooth verification process. 

  • Candidates must show their admit card/ hall ticket before entering the exam centre along with their Identity card. 

  • Candidates traveling from a different city must confirm their location in advance and ensure they are reaching the exam centre on time. 

  • No one except the candidate will be allowed inside the examination centre.

  • If a candidate is carrying luggage such as a bag etc., they should check with exam centre officials for a dedicated space to keep their belongings. If no such arrangements are there, candidates will be responsible for their belongings.

3. ID Proof: Candidates are required to show their identity proof at the exam centre, they must carry an ID such as an Aadhaar card, Voter ID card, PAN card etc. Candidates should bring the original ID along with a photocopy of the same. 

4. KLEEE Exam Hall: Candidates appearing in the KLEEE 2025 will only be allowed to bring as many items as specified on the admit card such as a black or blue ball pen, a transparent water bottle etc. 

  • Candidates should carefully read the seat assignment sheets to identify their respective halls and must maintain decorum. 

  • Upon entering the hall, candidates should do a quick inspection of the seat and their surroundings and submit any suspicious objects to the hall in-charge or invigilator. 

  • Candidates should maintain silence at all times.

Candidates should keep the following points in mind while appearing for the KLEEE 2025 exam. 

1. Attendance Sheet: Candidates should carefully read the KLEEE 2025 exam day instructions on the attendance sheet before filling up the information on the sheet. 

  • Candidates should ensure that the sheet allotted to them is not damaged, if the sheet indeed is damaged they should return it to the invigilator.

  • Once instructions are clear, candidates should carefully fill up the information such as roll number, date, and other details. 

2. Verify the Question Paper: Once candidates receive their respective question papers, they should quickly review them for any discrepancies. Candidates should ensure that they are provided with the right paper before they go ahead.

Things to Carry on KLEEE 2025 Exam Day

The official KLEEE 2025 exam day guidelines that will be shared by the KL University, will list items that are allowed inside the exam hall. On the day of the KLEEE 2025 examination, candidates are required to carry only the following items:

  • KLEEE 2025 admit card or hall ticket

  • Candidates should not carry any bags with them inside the examination centre.

  • No one except the candidate is allowed inside the exam centre, therefore individuals accompanying them should arrange their accommodation accordingly.

The official guidelines that are shared by KL University mention the dress code required to be followed by all the candidates appearing in the examination. Students should keep the following points in mind while coming to the examination centre.
