List of Documents Required for Assam CEE 2024 Counselling: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is conducting the Assam CEE counselling 2024 online at astu.ac.in. Only those candidates who have successfully cleared the Assam CEE 2024 exam are eligible for Assam CEE 2024 counselling. Documents required for Assam CEE 2024 counselling includes Assam CEE Rank Card and Admit Card 2024, Class 10 and 12 qualification cerficates etc.

The counselling process includes certain steps like the registration process, verification of documents, choice filling and reporting to the allotted college. Assam CEE 2024 Counselling Procedure

The eligibility criteria to take part in the counselling process of Assam CEE 2024m is to successfully clear the entrance exam conducted by Assam Science and Technology University. Candidates eligible for the counselling process can check the step-by-step procedure of counselling mentioned here.

Step 1: Registration Process

• Candidates must register themselves first at the designated counselling centre allotted by the DTE
• Next, students must download the counselling form from the official website and take the print of it
• Fill in the details like roll number, the name of the candidate, name of the examination, date of birth, marks obtained in Assam CEE 2024, educational qualification, documents to be submitted, nationality, etc
• In Form B, candidates must also fill in three courses as per their preference, in the order assigned by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam
• Submit the form to the concerned authority

Step 2: Verification of Documents

• Along with the registration form, candidates must submit the documents required for verification purposes
• After the registration process gets over, candidates will be called for document verification individually
• Candidates must keep all the original documents, photocopies of which have been submitted along with Form B

Step 3: Payment of Fees

• Candidates will be required to pay the non-refundable fee of Rs 600 at the counselling centre

Step 4: Choice Filling & Seat Allotment

• Candidates will have to fill in their preferred course and college as mentioned in Form B
• Candidates must note that the seats will be allotted only on the basis of the marks scored in the entrance exam, seat availability at the preferred institute and individual preferences filled by the candidates
• The confirmation of the seat allotment will be given only after the completion of the seat allocation process 

Step 5: Reporting at Allotted College

• Candidates must report to the allotted college at least 30 minutes in advance for the final admission process
• Every applicants must carry the above mentioned documents along with four recent coloured passport size photographs
• All the Candidates has to complete the admission procedure within the specified date and time as prescribed by DTE
