• Make sure that you have taken a photocopy of all the documents that you are submitting to the concerned authorities. In case, if any document is lost then you can produce another copy of that same document to the concerned authorities. 

• The students must report 10 minutes before the verification is about to take place. Make sure that you are carrying extra photographs in case of emergency and you can also carry extra identity proofs with you to be safe than sorry.

• The candidate's photograph must have a white background. The candidate must not be wearing a cap or goggles, and both ears of the candidate must be visible.

• The candidate's signature must be clear and on a white background. A blurred signature will lead to the rejection of the application form.

• After uploading the documents, candidates are advised to save the draft and recheck all information before final submission.
