M.Tech can be pursued as either a regular program or a part-time degree program. Applicants who hold a degree in diploma and have acquired certain work experience can also apply for the M.Tech program. M.Tech in India is accredited under the aegis ofthe All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the University Grants Commission of India (UGC), and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA). M.Tech Entrance Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025

In order to be eligible for the M.Tech entrance exams 2025, students need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • The students must have pursued their bachelor’s degree from any recognized board/university

  • The student must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved caste) in their UG degree

  • The applicant must have completed his 10+2 in the science stream with major subjects such as physics/chemistry/maths

  • Applicants who have pursued a 5 years course in a science program and acquired a master’s degree in science can also apply for the M.Tech program

Mechanical Engineering

How to Apply for MTech Admission 2025?

  • Candidates should first apply with their valid entrance exam scores to the official website of the college they wish to attend
  • They will have to complete an application form and pay the application fees
  • The college authorities will publish a merit list on a specific date, which will include the names of the shortlisted candidates
  • If their names appear on the list, they should report to the institution either online or in person
  • Their performance in the interview in WAT, PI, or GD will determine their final selection
