The students must have pursued their bachelor’s degree from any recognized board/university
The student must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved caste) in their UG degree
The applicant must have completed his 10+2 in the science stream with major subjects such as physics/chemistry/maths
Applicants who have pursued a 5 years course in a science program and acquired a master’s degree in science can also apply for the M.Tech program
