List of Topics to Score 60+ in GATE Mathematics (MA): IISc Bangalore has released the GATE 2024 syllabus for Mathematics on its official website gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The GATE 2024 Mathematics syllabus includes topics like Calculus, Real Analysis, Linear Algebra, Complex Analysis, Topology, Algebra, Linear Programming, etc. Though the GATE MA syllabus is huge it consists of certain important topics that have been repeated in the previous years and carried a good amount of weightage. Studying these GATE 2024 Mathematics important topics well will help candidates solve questions easily and score good marks in the exam. There will be a total of 65 questions asked in the exam out of which the Mathematics section will have 55 questions asked. There will be 10 questions asked from the General Aptitude section. The GATE Mathematics Syllabus has the highest weightage of 85% on the test. Therefore, candidates are advised to study hard for the exam and attempt as many GATE previous year question papers and mock tests as possible. 

Aspirants who select Mathematics as their first exam in GATE 2024 can then choose Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (DA), Computer Science and Information Technology (CS), Physics (PH), or Statistics (ST) as their second paper. TheGATE 2024 exam is scheduled to be conducted on February 3, 4, and 10, 11, 2024. IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE MA Paper on February 10, 2024.

GATE 2024 Exam Pattern for Mathematics
