NEET 2024 Merit List - All India Rank (AIR): This list enlists candidates' names along with their overall ranks, disregarding their category or stance on the AIQ reservation.
NEET 2024 Merit List - All India Quota (15% AIQ): The AIQ merit list showcases candidates eligible for the 15% seats designated under the AIQ. However, this list does not include applicants from Jammu & Kashmir. Candidates from J&K who aspire to apply for All India Quota seats must submit a self-declaration form, duly signed. Tie-Breaker Criteria Applicable for NEET Merit List & Rank List 2024
In the NEET State-wise Rank List 2024, the following process will be followed to resolve any tie-break situations:
Priority will be given to the candidate who has obtained a higher score in Biology (Botany & Zoology) followed by Chemistry and Physics subjects.
In case there is still a tie, the candidates with fewer mistakes in their answer papers will be given an advantage and assigned a higher rank.
If the tie persists even after considering the above measures, the candidate who has secured fewer negative marks in biology will be assigned a better rank followed by chemistry and physics subjects.
