Odisha ITI 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To fill CAP for Odisha ITI admission 2025, the candidates must satisfy the Odisha ITI eligibility rules specified by DTE Odisha. The eligibility rules include Age Limit, Domicile Rules, and Academic Qualification. All the details are explained below for Odisha ITI admission 2025:

The minimum age limit for the applicants should be 14 years as of August 01, 2025. There is no upper age limit for admission.

Eligibility

The minimum eligibility required for admission is Class 8th or 10th (depending on Trades/ Unites chosen by candidates). The candidates must have a minimum of 35% of marks in Class 10th to be eligible for admission.

Domicile Rules

Only the candidates who have passed Class 8th or 10th from BSE Odisha are eligible for admission. Students from other states can get direct admission to private ITIs.

Eligibility of candidates to be considered for Phase II

Candidates must note that to be eligible for Phase II of Odisha ITI admission, they must fulfil the below-mentioned requirements:

  • Students who got selected but didn’t report and exercise their choice are eligible for Phase II. They also do not have any choice modification or consideration for selection. 

  • The ones who didn’t get a seat in Phase I. 

  • All applicants who are fresh to the Phase II. 

  • The students were the error correction applicants of round 2.

Step 1 – Applicant Registration

  • Name (as per Class 10th or HSC Records)

  • Mobile Number

  • E-Mail ID (Optional)

  • Firstly, the candidates will have to click on the direct link above to open the online application form.

  • After filling in these details, click on ‘Generate OTP’

  • OTP will be sent to the candidate’s mobile number via SMS.

  • Enter the OTP and validate the same.

  • Now, set a password to your account.

  • The Username will be your mobile number.

Step 2 – Applicant Login

  • Username (your mobile number)

  • Captcha

  • The candidates will have to log in now by filling in these details.

  • Click on ‘Login’ after filling in these details.

Step 3 – Form Filling

  • The third step is form filling, and the candidates will have to fill all these details systematically.

  • The candidates must note that his/ her Class 10th marks or grades will be automatically populated after entering the roll number.

Step 4 – Upload Images

  • Upload Photograph

  • The candidates will have to upload a scanned copy of the passport-size photograph in JPG format and the image size should be less than 100 KB.

Step 5 – Choice Filling

  • Fill College Preferences

  • The candidates can choose a total number of 5 colleges. In order to add more than one college, the candidates will have to click on ‘Add More’.

  • The candidates must choose the Trade/ Course preference while selecting the ITI.

  • Click on ‘Submit’ after filling in the choices.

  • You can also modify the choices by clicking on ‘Back to Modify’.

Step 6 – Application Fee Payment

  • Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking Details

  • The candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 100 by using a Credit Card/ Debit Card or Internet Banking.

Step 7 – Printing of CAF

  • The candidates will have to click on the  ‘Print CAF’ button to take the printout of the application form.

Note: Candidates whose details are not validated or verified online (if Class 10th details are not automatically populated) must visit the nearest nodal centre for data validation and submission of CAF.
