The Centre for Electronic Governance, Government of Rajasthan released the final merit list of Rajasthan B.Tech on July 24, 2024, on its official website. Moreover, the final merit list was published based on the objections that were raised against the provisional merit list. The deadline to raise objections against the provisional merit list was July 23, 2024. The candidates will not be allowed to further submit any objections against the final merit list.

REAP Merit List 1 for B.Tech Courses:
After the conclusion of the application process for REAP, the admission authority will release REAP Merit List 1. The merit list is prepared based on the marks scored by the candidates in JEE Main. The merit list comprises the name of the candidates, JEE Main Roll Number, JEE Main score, and merit number/ rank.
REAP Merit List 2 for B.Tech Courses:
Applicants who applied for REAP with Class 12 percentile (without JEE Main) will feature in the REAP Merit List 2 for B.Tech courses. The merit list will have the name of the candidate, Class 12 percentage, and merit number.
REAP Combined Merit List:
Apart from Merit Lists 1 & 2, the admission authority will release a combined merit list of the candidates as per their JEE Main score, Class 12 merit, caste/ category. The merit list will enable the students to have an idea of their position in the merit.

B.Tech Counselling Process has been started in an online mode on June 27, 2024. There is no physical or manual counselling process for B.Tech courses in Rajasthan. The counselling process for B.Tech admissions in Rajasthan involves different stages, which can be checked below –
Payment of Application cum Registration Form Fee:
Before filling out or submitting the online application form, the candidates should pay the application cum registration fee to take part in REAP. The application fee is Rs. 700, which can be paid online mode or through the nearest E-Mitra Kiosk.
If candidates are willing to pay the REAP application fee in online mode, they can do the same by using a credit card debit card, or Internet banking. Candidates who plan to pay the REAP application fee through the E-Mitra Kiosk, the applicants should pay Rs. 750 (application fee) + 50 (service charges). Students applying through E-Kiosk should carry all the relevant documents to be uploaded in the application form.
Candidate’s basic details such as Name, JEE Main Roll Number/ Class 12 Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and E-Mail ID are necessary for application fee payment.
Online Application Form Submission for REAP:
Candidates applying through E-Mitra Kiosk need not worry, as the central authorities will fill out the online applications on behalf of candidates and upload the required documents. Candidates who wish to apply online independently should note that the online application form for REAP will be activated after the application fee payment. As you have already paid the REAP registration fee, enter the candidate ID or application ID generated after the fee payment, mobile number, and verification code to view the online application form
Instructions will be displayed on the screen, and the candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully
The filling of the application form starts with the uploading of documents
The candidates should upload scanned copies of their Signature, passport-size photograph, JEE Main Rank Card, Class 12 Mark Sheet, and Category Certificate (if applicable)

Online Choice Entry:
The online choice entry form will be displayed after submitting details in the application form. The list of engineering colleges (both government and private) will be displayed, and the candidates are free to choose a maximum number of choices to improve admission chances. The candidates will receive a confirmation message or mail after the application cum option- entry form submission. Take the printout of the online application cum registration form for future reference.

Rajasthan B.Tech Seat Allotment Procedure 2024
REAP will release a merit list for B.Tech courses, and the seats are allotted based on merit. The seat allotment results have been published on the REAP website, and it is the responsibility of the candidates to check the seat allotment results on the scheduled date.

Accepting or Upgrading Seat Allotment:
Candidates who are satisfied with the seat allotment can accept the seat and proceed for admission. Candidates who want to upgrade their seats can select the option ‘Upgrade’. Seats to candidates who opted for Upgrade will be made in REAP Round 3.
Reporting to College:
Candidates who accepted the admission on the REAP website should download the seat allotment letter and report to the college on the specified dates. Deposit the first-year B.Tech course and original certificates along with two sets of Xerox copies at the college. The admission will be confirmed only after the payment of the first-year B.Tech fee and submission of original documents.
