REET 2025 Selection Process

The REET 2025 selection process consists of two main stages that you need to successfully navigate. Here's a breakdown of each step:

  • Written Examination (REET 2025): To move forward, you must pass the REET 2025 exam by achieving a score above the official cut-off marks.
  • Interview: Your interview performance will play a critical role in securing a position in government schools across Rajasthan.

REET 2025 Vacancy

If you manage to qualify for the REET 2025 exam, you will receive a certificate that is valid for life. This certificate opens up opportunities to apply for teaching jobs in both government and private schools. However, while passing the exam makes you eligible for government school positions, it is important to know that securing a job depends on doing well in the interview. If you do not pass the interview, your REET certificate will still allow you to apply for teaching roles in private schools.

REET Salary Structure and Benefits

Depending on the candidate's position and level of teaching, different compensation structures and benefits apply. The qualifying applicants may submit an application to the school or institute in Rajasthan where they wish to work. The certificate is valid up to three years in the state. Different allowances, such as travel expenses, living expenses, Dearness Allowances (DA), bonuses, and supplies for urban damage are also offered in addition to the in-hand income. While level 2 teachers can instruct classes 6–8, level 1 teachers can only instruct classes 1–5.

The candidate's remuneration is determined by the teaching positions, which are classified into three tiers. The three grades are Grades 1, 2, and 3, with Grade 3 being the lowest and Grade 1 being the highest teaching position. If candidates do well in grades 2 and 3, they will have a high chance of making it to grade 1. The pay scale for the various grades is displayed below.
