TNPSC Group 4 One Time Registration
Before proceeding to the application form, candidates must visit www.tnpsc.gov.in to complete their TNPSC One Time Registration. On the homepage, a link for “OneTime Registration New User” will be provided. Candidates must register themselves through this link using their basic particulars such as their Aadhar Card, biometrics, etc. To complete the one-time registration, candidates must also pay a fee of INR 150/-.
TNPSC One Time Registration is valid for 5 years from the date of registration. It is important for applicants to note that this one time registration is not an application to any post but an essential pre-requisite.

TNPSC Group 4 2024 Steps to Apply Online
Interested applicants may follow the steps provided below to fill out their TNPSC Group 4 Application Form 2024:
- Step 1: Visit the official website of TNPSC, www.apply.tnpscexams.in. Applications must only be filled through this website in online mode only. Applications sent offline by any mode or applications submitted from other websites will be rejected.
- Step 2: From the homepage, click on the “To Apply” link.
- Step 3: Under the column “Activity1”, a link for “Apply Now” will be available. Choose the respective links in front of Combined Civil Services Examination-IV (Group-IV).
- Step 4: A login page will appear where the credentials from “TNPSC One Time Registration” are to be filled in. After clicking “Submit”, the TNPSC Application Form will be displayed on the screen.
- Step 5: Fill in the details as asked. Photo and signature details are given in detail in the section below.
- Step 6: Review all the details before final submission.
- Step 7: Pay the respective fees (as per concessions given below) via Online Payment Method only. The payment can be made through Net Banking/ Credit card/ Debit card on or before the last date of submission of the online application form.
- Step 8: After successful payment, the page will be redirected to the confirmation page which is advised to be downloaded for further reference.
Note: No provision of modification for the application form will be provided after submission and generation of the application ID.

Important:
- The photograph must be taken after the date of release of TNPSC Group 4 Notification, i.e., after March 30, 2024.
- The photograph must be of the above-mentioned dimensions, and of colour against a white background. The photograph must be taken in a photo studio.
- Both the ears, eyes, and part of the neck must be visible in the photograph.
- The candidate’s name and date of the photo taken must be mentioned by adhering to the dimensions given above.
- The signature must be done using a blue or black ink pen on a white unruled paper only.
- The photograph must be saved and uploaded as “Photograph.jpg”.
