Only those candidates who completed the registration process have been issued the NTA JEE Main Admit Card 2024. There are chances that candidates might face some difficulty while downloading the JEE Main 2024 admit card. Reasons for JEE Main Admit Card Not Downloading

The steps to download JEE Main Admit Card2024 are simple. However, candidates might face various kinds of issues at the time of downloading the JEE Mains hall ticket. Listed below are the common problems you could be facing while downloading your JEE Main 2024 admit card for session 1 -

Reason 1 - Server Issues

This is one of the major reasons behind JEE Main admit card not downloading. Since the JEE Mains admit card 2024 has been released, there might be huge traffic on the NTA official website jeemain.nta.nic.in. Some candidates may not be able to access the official website due to this. In some cases, the candidates may not see his/ her photograph on the admit card.

Solution: Do not panic wondering why my admit card is not showing, and wait for the server to restore. You need to wait patiently to download the admit card.

Reason 2 - Slow internet

This is a regular issue with JEE Main admit card download problem. If the internet connection is sluggish, aspirants may have difficulty accessing the JEE Main admit card 2024.

Solution: Candidates can perform a speed test and make sure they have enough internet connection speed before they proceed to download JEE Main admit card. Another possible solution is to access the JEE Main admit card download link from a stronger internet connection.  Reason 3 - Incorrect credentials
Candidates who forgot their JEE Main 2024 login credentials will not be able to download JEE Main admit card2024.

Solution: Applicants can retrieve their passwords by visiting the official website and choosing the 'Forgot Password' option. Applicants will get an email with a link to reset their password. Create a new password and get the JEE Main Hall ticket 2024.  Reason 4 - Incomplete Application Form/ Wrong Details

If your JEE Main application form 2024 is found to be incomplete, the NTA will not issue an admit card for JEE Main 2024. Also, if you have filled in the wrong details (indistinct or doubtful photographs), your admit card will not be generated.

Solution: If your admit card is not generated by NTA, there is no solution for the same. It is always important to fill in the correct details in the application form. You can try applying for the next phase of JEE Main.

Reason 5 - Eligibility Criteria Not Satisfied

If you did not satisfy the eligibility criteria for JEE Main as specified by NTA, your admit card will be not issued. On the other hand, there is no solution for the same.

• Inconsistencies in JEE Main Admit Card 2024: Candidates facing inconsistencies/ discrepancies in the details (signature/ photograph) mentioned in JEE Mains 2024 admit card or on the confirmation page must report to NTA on the JEE Main helpline numbers within office hours as specified above. In such cases, NTA will allow the candidates to sit for the exam with the downloaded admit card. The required changes will be made later. 

• JEE Main admit card mobile download: Although downloading JEE Main 2024 admit card on mobile may seem like a convenient option to students, we advise you not to do so. Candidates should download JEE Main admit card from the recommended browser only to avoid facing errors or glitches. 

• Admit card not sent: Candidates must note that the JEE Mains 2024 Hall Ticket is only available in online mode on the official NTA portal. Under no circumstances will NTA send the admit cards to students via post.
