WBJEE Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech
The WBJEE 2025 eligibility criteria for engineering admission to B.Tech colleges are as follows -
Rule 1: Aspirants must have passed Class 12th in West Bengal with Physics and Mathematics as major subjects, and one of Chemistry, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Application, Computer Science, or Biology as the third subject.
Rule 2:Candidates must have passed Class 12th with at least 45% marks. However, this 45% minimum mark requirement applies only to the General Category. For reserved categories like SC, ST, PwD, OBC-A, and OBC-B, the minimum qualifying mark is 40%.
Rule 3:The candidates must have passed English in Class 12th with a minimum of 30% of marks.
