What Score is Needed to get B.Tech at Delhi University through CUET? To secure a seat in a Btech in DU through CUET, a score of atleast 700 is required. The NTA has released the CUET UG 2024 results on July 28, 2024, on its official website at exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG/. Candidates can check their score for B.Tech at Delhi University by downloading their CUET results. Following the release of the results, the respective participating universities or colleges offering BTech admission through CUET will begin the counselling process shortly. Soon, the university will make available the application registration link on its official website. Only qualified applicants may register. The merit list will be released after registration.

In CUET 2024, a score between 400 and 600 might be considered to be average. Students with these CUET scores should be able to get into a respectable DU college. A higher score gives students a better chance of getting into DU BTech through CUET. Generally, admission to DU requires a minimum CUET score of 480 out of 800. However, to get admission the score needed to get B Tech at Delhi University through CUET is 700 or higher. Securing CUET Score 700 or higher is considered a good score in the CUET UG. Candidates who score above 700 on the CUET are likely to fall into the 99th percentile category.

As we know the majority of universities accept the JEE Main 2024 score for admission to engineering courses. Candidates who did not perform well in JEE Main can still apply for B.Tech admission based on their CUET 2024 scores. Applicants must note down the eligibility criteria of B.Tech admission at Delhi University through CUET 2024 in this section. Every candidate must choose the following subject combination for CUET 2024 to be eligible for admission to btech in DU through CUET:

  • Candidate must choose one language paper out of 13 languages
  • Every applicants must choose only Mathematics as their domain paper and have Mathematics as their compulsory paper in Class XII
  • All the applicants have to take the General Test
