The Union Budget diappointed students who had big hopes on Modi-Mark budget with lot of employment opportunities to youth and allotment of funds for Central educational institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
Nur Bhasha, an MBA student, Andhra Loyola college, said that the the government should set up more number of national universities and qualitiy education. He also opined that Banking must be strengthened so that the needy get fair loans for primary sector industry. The government must prevent out talent from going abroad.
P. Jaswanth, an MBA student, Potti Sri Ramulu College, expressed that, "Budget is not going to bring any massive change for the student community literally. The allotments are usually high to the states where there are elections are due , which is unfair. There should be allocation for the right things at right places."
T.Vijay Sai, a final year MA Economics student, PB Siddhartha College, said that, "The present budget is not upto the mark of student community. He said that there is no mention of industrial development in the new State(Andhra Pradesh) to provide more employment opportunities. He also said that the Union Budget failed to meet the expectations of the students.
