Jammu University has invited applications from various candidates to apply for its PG Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) for the academic session 2016 – 17.
Eligibility Criteria-
A Candidate must have Passed / Appeared in the final year of Bachelor Degree examination in any stream.
Selection procedure-
Successfully registered candidate is required to undertake Jammu University Entrance test (JUET) comprising of Multiple Choice Questions. JUET will be conducted on specified date at specified centres by the university authority.
Final selection will be made on the basis of combined merit of Academic 75% and Entrance test 25%.
How to apply-
Eligible candidate can apply online on the official website of JUET within specified time and need to pay Rs. 650 or Rs. 550 as a fee for registration through proper channel.
Examination Pattern-
JUET entrance test will be of 2.5 hrs. duration. There would be a total of 150 objective type questions. Multiple choices for these questions will be available and candidates are required to choose the right answer. Each question would carry 1 mark. There will be negative marking for the wrong answer of 0.25 mark each.
150 Multiple choice questions will be asked from following sections;
A. General English 40 questions, B. Gen. Knowledge 40 questions, C. Reasoning 40 questions, D. Numerical Ability 30 questions

Seats Availability-
There will be a total number of 45 seats. Sixty-seven percent (67%) of the total seats in The Business School shall be filled in the open merit category and Thirty-three percent (33%) of the total seats shall be filled in the reserved categories as per the norms and the statutes governing the PGDBM programme of the University.
