National Institute of Construction Management and Research has opened its gates for students interested in admission to:
Two yearfull time PG Programmes in
- Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (REUIM) in Pune
- Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (IFDM) in Pune
- Advanced Construction Management (ACM) in Goa, Delhi NCR and Indore
Eight months full time PG Programme in
- Management and Family Owned Construction Business (MFOCB) in Pune
Eligibility Criteria:
For PGP REUIM:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
For PGP IFDM:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
For PGP ACM:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
For PGP MFOCB:
Graduates in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks and belonging to a family having a construction business. Candidates are required to provide necessary documents and undertaking in the prescribed format regarding ownership of construction business.
Application Procedure:
- Application forms are available on the official website of the University.
- Download the application form and then send the duly filled form to the Head, Admissions, NICMAR, 25/1, Balewadi, N.I.A. Post Office, Pune - 411045, along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form within the specified date. All specified documents must be submitted. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

- NICMAR Common Admission Test (NCAT)
- Personal Interview (PI)
- Rating of Application (RA)
