Admission Notice- Tezpur University Announces Admission in Diploma in Paralegal Practice 2016-17

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to job-oriented 2-semester Diploma in Paralegal Practice programme (full-time) being offered under Community College Scheme of UGC for the academic year 2016-17.

Eligibility Criteria: 10+2/ HS or equivalent examination pass in any discipline.

Scholarship: Rs.1000/- p.m. The scholarship will be awarded at the end of the semester subject to successful completion of the semester end examination and fulfilment of attendance criteria.

Course fee: Rs.3000/- per semester (hostel admission fee of Rs.6500/- extra).

Selection: On the basis of marks of 10+2/ HS examinations.

Important dates

The issue of application form: 08.04.2016 to 30.05.2016.

Last date for submission of filled in application form: 30.05.2016.

Publication of provisional select list: 15.06.2016.

Counselling and admission: 11.07.2016 & 12.07.2016.

Course registration: 25.07.2016 Commencement of classes: 26.07.2016.

Application form and prospectus can be downloaded from Tezpur University website. The filled in application form along with self-attested copies of the relevant documents must reach the office of the undersigned.
