Pearl Academy Admissions 2020 for PG Programme

Pearl Academy is one of India’s leading institution in design, fashion, creative businesses and media. The academy has declared that it has commenced its admission process for its Post Graduate courses. The last date to apply for the April cycle admission in PG courses of Pearl Academy was 14th April 2020. The exam was conducted through online mode on 28th April 2020 and 29th April 2020. Previously the exam was scheduled for 18th April 2020. However, due to the nation-wide lockdown amid coronavirus outbreak, the dates have been pushed ahead. The results of Pearl Academy entrance exam 2020 were scheduled to be released on 30th April 2020 but it was postponed and was finally released on 28th May 2020.

The June session of Pearl Academy admissions 2020 is underway and candidates could fill their application forms till 1st June 2020. The admit cards were available from 2nd June 2020 and the Pearl Academy Entrance Exam for its June cycle was conducted on 6th June 2020. The results for the same have been declared on 18th June and the last date for fee submission is 3rd July 2020.

The academy regularly announces many new initiatives to support students and provide the right exposure to aspiring designers.

The Pearl Academy had launched ‘Canvass’- the Incubation Cell in the year 2018. The academy aims to provide an ecosystem that will foster and support innovation, creativity as well as knowledge-based entrepreneurship amongst alumni and students of Pearl Academy. Students can choose to apply to 1 year or 2 years postgraduate pathway, or even the 11-month certificate programmes. The last date of submission of application forms was extended till 14th April 2020.

Keeping in view the tremendous growth of the media and communication industry, the institution launched a new school of ‘Media and Journalism’ a few years back in 2017. It offers PG courses in Fashion Communication and Professional Photography.

PG courses in Design, Fashion, Business and Media are open for all candidates who have done graduation in any stream. The selection for the new academic year will be done on the basis of a written admission test followed by a personal interview. The candidates who are in their final year of graduation can also apply. Applicants of PG Pathway in Design streams in Interior & Spatial Design and Product & Lifestyle Design are entitled to a waiver of General Proficiency Test (GPT) & Design Aptitude Test (DAT) if they have appeared for CEED 2019 or CEED 2020 and NATA 2019 or NATA 2020 respectively.
