<p>The releasing date for CAT admits cards has been postponed. The cards should be allotted from October 15, but now they will be available from October 25.
The official notification of CAT 2015 declared about the post-ponding of admit cards.
The test is considered as one of the most prominent competitive exams for admissions in top B- schools across the country.
CAT is a computer based exam which evaluates a child on the basis of English, Mathematics and Logical Reasoning skills.
Approx 2 lakh candidates will appear for the test. It is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management for admissions to 21 IIMs and around 100 B-schools across India every year.
This year, the test will be conducted across 115 centres in a single day in 2 slots, which is a change in the CAT pattern this year.
The duration of the test will be 180 minutes. There will be three sections, 'Quantitative Aptitude (QA)', 'Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)' and 'Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC). QA and VRC will have 34 questions each and DILR will have 32 questions.
The results are expected to be out by the third week of December.
