AIBE 17th Exam on Feb 5th: Check exam day important instructions, do's and dont's
The BCCI has set AIBE 17th Exam on February 5th, 2023, across the country in various exam centres. Candidates appearing for the exams may note the do's and don'ts to be followed on the exam day.
AIBE 17th Exam is scheduled for February 5th, 2023, to be conducted across various exam centres in the country. Candidates who will be appearing for the exams are expected to be aware of the exam day instructions. The AIBE 17th Admit Card has been issued by the BCCI and is available on the official website for registered candidates to download by logging in to the portal. Candidates shall carry their admit cards on the exam day, as they will be checked for verification process on the exam day. Along with the AIBE Admit Card, candidates shall also carry a valid photo ID card for the verification process to enter the exam hall.
Important Instructions for AIBE 17th Exam Day
The exams will be conducted in one shift across all the exam centres in the country for the registered lawyers and advocates to acquire an All India Bar permit to practise law in the country. As a law-based exam, candidates are required to follow the instructions laid out by the BCCI on the exam day to avoid disqualification. - Candidates are advised to report to the exam centre ahead of time as mentioned in the admit card as the reporting time to avoid late arrivals.
- Make sure to carry AIBE 17th Admit Card in hardcopy along with a hardcopy of the valid photo ID card issued or recognised by the government of India.
- As clarified on the official website by BCCI, candidates will be allowed to carry their bare acts with the conditions that there is no self-written notes or content and minimal comments by the publisher. BCCI has not mentioned any particular publisher, so candidates may check their bare acts before entering the exam hall.
- During the exam, candidates shall follow the instructions given to them by the staff, and they may only leave the exam hall after the exam timing is over.
Don’ts for AIBE 17th Exam
- Candidates shall avoid any malpractice with knowledge or without knowledge such as carrying any of the prohibited items, as either way, it will be penalised.
- Although bare acts will be allowed, candidates may ensure the conditions are fulfilled, as if any candidate is found with bare acts with written content or detailed comments, they will be disqualified.
- Do not carry mobile phones, paper, notes, or any other electronic devices.
- Make sure not to arrive late to the exam venue, as late arrivals will note be tolerated.
