The AICTE short for All India Council for Technical Education released the information that one out of every three students is not able to complete its engineering.

At undergraduate level, it is revealed by AICTE in a survey that 48,139 students out of 1,50,000 do not clear engineering within the assigned 4 years. So, it shows that 30 percent of the students that join engineering are struggling a lot to complete it.
The sad part is that these are not the statistics of just this year, this is happening from the last 4 years. Professors of engineering colleges say that all this is happening as students just join engineering because of parental pressure but they do not really want to do it so, they end up failing it.
