Delhi University Free Preparatory Classes for Postgraduate Exams to Begin from June 5
- Delhi University free preparatory classes for PG aspirants are likely to begin from June 5, 2018, and 405 students have registered.
- Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the same latest by 28th May 2018 through the official website of DU.
The University of Delhi has decided to conduct free preparatory classes for students who belong to the economically weaker sections and other minority communities and plan to appear for Delhi University PG entrance tests 2018. DU has received 405 applications for these classes that will begin from June 5, 2018, for about two weeks. The maximum number of candidates registered for law courses exam (174) followed by commerce (94) and mathematics (45).
Postgraduate applicants of Delhi University who belong to the economically weaker sections, BPL, OBC (non-creamy layer), ST and SC, minorities, Kashmiri migrants, persons with disabilities (PwD), wards of ex-servicemen or war widows have been selected for the Delhi University free preparatory classes that will be conducted till June 15.
Delhi University Free Preparatory Classes for PG Admissions:
Delhi University will be conducting free preparatory classes for the following disciplines:
- Commerce
- Law
- Journalism
- Zoology
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
There is no clarity on the confirmed schedule for these free preparatory classes at DU, however, it is estimated that the classes will begin on 1st June 2018 (zoology, commerce, journalism, law, physics and chemistry). Computer Science classes will begin on 4th June 2018 and Maths classes on 6th June 2018.

Interested and eligible candidates can download the form from the official DU website and submit it to the Institute of Lifelong Learning at North Campus latest by 28th May. One can submit the forms between 10 am and 4 pm (apart from Sunday).
It is important to note that the seats for free preparatory classes at Delhi University are limited. Candidates who are selected for the same will be notified through a list which will be displayed n 30th May at 5 pm.

Delhi University is conducting classes to help students clear the PG entrance exams for the third consecutive year this time. The primary objective of conducting these classes is to prepare students with the right academic approach to tackle the entrance exam.
