Anant National University to Organise Fellowship Programme on Climatic Change
Anant National University, Gujarat will organise a fellowship programme in both online and offline mode for climatic change solutions. 75% of the classes will be organised in places where climatic change solutions need to be implemented.
Anant National University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is all set to launch a fellowship programme for Climate Action. One of the statements released by the university says that the mission of the fellowship programme is to create a community of trailblazers in both offline and online platforms who will work together and share ideas and expertise for the climatic solution.
Anunaya Chaubey, Provost of Anant National University said that their mission is to include maximum people to be involved in climate change solutions. They need people whether young climate activists, entrepreneurs, or professionals who can dedicate at least one year of their life for climatic in the fellowship so that everyone can get benefit from it.

Fellowship is a one year programme based on a mentor-mentee framework which will lead to an online educational platform to climatic change awareness. The fellowship will include two types of fellows. One group of the fellow will be one who is interested in finding solutions for climatic changes, has required skills and work towards finding solutions. The other group of fellow includes advanced professionals and one who has certain experience in relevant fields.
Those with experience need to complete only 3 terms out of 6 of fellowship. 75% of the fellowship programme will be held in places where climatic change solutions need to be implemented. The fellows will work with the mentors who will be chosen by the board of members of mentors.
The fellowship programme will also be held online through which students from around the world will get a chance to join the programme. Those who join online can also work closely with the fellows to create solutions for climate change.

Sustainability expert Dr. Miniya Chatterji will lead the fellowship. While addressing the pressMiniya Chatterji said that there are many professionals in different fields like law, engineering, finance, design, policy specialists who work to find solutions for climate change. The skills and passion of these people at online platforms or in-person will help in finding solutions to gain further success and scale on climatic issues.
