It has been observed by APSCHE that many degree colleges across the state are producing false data regarding the total number of students. Similarly, most colleges lack proper infrastructural facilities and quality faculty. However, the data that is being submitted by these colleges are different from the real scenario.
According to UGC rules, degree colleges must appoint Ph.D. or NET/ SET qualified candidates as faculty members. However, degree colleges in AP are violating the rules and appointing part-time faculty who do not have either Ph.D. or NET/ SET eligibility.
