Most Number of Andhra, Telangana and Rajasthan Students in JEE Main 2020 Toppers List
Rajasthan, Telangana and Andhra students dominated the list of JEE Mains 2020 toppers list. Telangana and Rajasthan students maintained their supremacy in the toppers list released by NTA for the third consecutive year.
As per the list of toppers of JEE Mains 2020 exam released by NTA, the maximum number of students who secured 100 percentile scores were from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Rajasthan states. The domination of the students could be deduced from the fact that 2 students from each of these states made it up the list of 9 students from across the nation who scored an exact 100 percentile in the JEE Main 2020 exam. Telangana and Rajasthan students dominated the JEE Mains 2020 result for the third consecutive year.
Two students from Rajasthan - Parth Dwivedi and Akhil Jain and two Telangana students Chagari Koushal and Rongala Arun Siddhartha were among those who secured a 100 percentile in the JEE Mains 2020 (January) exam.
The list also included students from other states like Delhi’s Nishant Aggarwal, Andhra Pradesh’s Thadavarthi Vishnu Sri Sai Sankar and Landa Jitendra, Haryana’s Divyanshu Aggarwal and Gujarat’s Nisarg Chadha who secured the top positions in the January exams of JEE Mains 2020.

JEE Mains 2020 exam was conducted between 06th and 09th January 2020 in multiple shifts and approximately 11 lakh students appeared for the same. National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the JEE Mains 2020 (January) exam. It was the first time in the history of the JEE exam that the result was declared within 8 days. It is a gateway exam for engineering aspirants in the country secure a seat in one of the participating IITs, NITs, CFTIs. The top 2,24,000 rank holders will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exam to be conducted later in the year. The next JEE Main 2020 exam will be conducted in the month of April 2020.

In the year 2019, a total of 15 and 24 students could secure the magical 100 percentile figure in the January and April exams respectively.
