AP EAPCET Counselling Registration 2023: DTE Andhra Pradesh has released the official dates for the AP EAPCET counselling 2023. Authorities released the dates on 8th July 2023, as per the official date the AP EAPCET registration starts on 24th July 2023. Candidates from the MPC stream looking to get admission to engineering courses must complete the registration before the deadline. The AP EAMCET Registration process 2023 will be carried out online and candidates need to fill out the application form after the link is activated. Upon completion of the application, authorities will be verifying the documents and all the eligible candidte will be invited for the web option round. Stages involved in AP EAPCET 2023 Counselling
The following are the stages involved in AP EAPCET counselling and their brief description:
Stage 1: Online Registration
Candidates interested and eligible for counselling must visit the official website and register themselves on the portal. Details such as the candidate’s AP EAMCET 2023 hall ticket number and date of birth will be required.
Stage 2: Document Verification
Post registration, the candidate must scan and upload all necessary documents for verification. These documents include but are not limited to rank card, hall ticket, mark sheets, category certificate, residence certificate, income certificate, and so on. Only if the claims made by the candidate are verified against these documents will the candidate be eligible for further step in the counselling process.
Stage 3: Option Form Submission
The most important stage in the counselling is submission of the option form. Candidates will have to enter their college and branch preferences through the option form. The seat allotment will strictly take place based on the order mentioned in the option form.
Stage 4: Seat Allotment
Considering the ranks and the choices filled, a seat will be allocated to the candidate. Candidates will be able to check their allotment through their login at AP EAMCET official counselling website.
Stage 5: Seat Acceptance and Admission
If satisfied with the seat allotment, the candidates will have to visit their allotted college in person and confirm their admission by completing formalities such as freezing their seat and payment of the institute fees.
