AP EAMCET Medicine Counselling to go The Web Based

The certificate verification process of AP EAMCET Medicine examination will commence from 12-July-2016. The certificates verification process will end on 17-July-2016. The counselling will be conducted by NTR University of Health Sciences. This year, the University has introduced web based counselling for the selection of colleges in which the candidates want to seek admission.

Vice-chancellor of University, Acharya Ravi Raju explained the process of web counselling in a press meet. He explained that previously, the parents and students have to stay for two to three days till the process of counselling was completed. This year, the students can attend for verification of certificates on the day allotted to them based on the ranks. Students will be having two weeks of time for the web counselling which will commence from the first week of August. The students can choose the options from home or internet cafes in their region.

A video related to the process of choosing web options through web based counselling has been posted on the official website of University. So, the candidate need not work on the web based counselling as it is an easy process. Help desks will be set up at all the centres of certificates verification.

The counselling will be conducted to fill 3,100 medicine seats in Andhra Pradesh out of which 15% of seats are reserved for non-local candidates.
