The Andhra Pradesh Government has launched “NTR Vidyonathi Scheme” a scheme in which SC/ST students who have completed UG will be given Free Civils Training by the Government of Andhra Pradesh. The government selects the meritorious students of UG for this taring every year. Last year a total number of 450 students got selected under this scheme. The government invites applications from the SC/ST UG pass outs for this scheme.
Under this scheme the students will be trained for civils at reputed coaching institutes in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi. The government pays the entire fee for coaching for the selected candidates. The government is spending an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- per a student. The coaching will be given for a period of two and half years. The candidates who have secured 80+ percent of marks in UG are eligible to apply for these courses. - Application Closing Date;- 15-07-2016
- Where to apply:- District SC/ST Welfare office at concerned district
- Selection process: - The selection process is purely based on merit. The list of selected students will be pasted at District SC/ST welfare office after 16-07-2016
This year the government is planning to provide opportunity for more number of students. So, the SC/ST candidates who are aspiring for Civils can use this opportunity.
