Candidates who have already registered for the Phase 1 counselling are exempted from fresh registration, and these candidates can directly fill OAMDC web options 2023 from September 4 onwards. Almost 60% of degree seats remained vacant after the first phase counselling.

Who is eligible for AP OAMDC Second Phase Counselling 2023?

The following candidates are eligible to participate in AP OAMDC second phase counselling 2023 –

• Candidates who did not participate in Round 1 counselling and are willing to participate in the second phase
• Candidates who did not get admission in the first phase
• Candidates did not exercise web options in the first phase
• Candidates who secured a seat in the first phase and are aspiring for a better seat in the second phase
• Candidates who completed reporting process in the first phase and looking for better seat allotment in the final phase
