AP SSC Supplementary Exams 2022: Candidates Clearing the Exams will be Marked Regular, Not Compartment Pass

AP SSC Supplementary Exams 2022 is scheduled to begin on July 6, and the last date to pay the exam fee is June 20. This year, almost 2 lakh candidates failed in AP SSC Exams 2022 that took place in April. As a one-time measure, the Board of Secondary Education – Andhra Pradesh has decided to declare all the students qualifying the supplementary exams under ‘Regular’ instead of mentioning ‘Compartment Pass’. The Class 10 certificate of all supplementary exams qualified students will have ‘Regular Pass’ and a division (first/ second/ third) will be allocated on the basis of marks.

As the academic session was disturbed in the last two years due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a lot of students failed exams as there were unable to cope with the minimum time for exam preparation. The students must note that this measure will be applicable only for 2021-22 exams, and will not be available for exams that are going to happen for the 2022-23 academic session.

Additionally, students who are aspiring to improve their marks in AP SSC Exams 2022 can also appear for Supplementary cum Improvement exams. Such students must note that the best marks in either of the exams (regular/ improvement) shall be taken into consideration for the final pass certificate. The last date to apply for the improvement exams is June 20, and the students are advised to contact the respective schools with regard to the application process.

The results of AP SSC Supplementary cum Improvement Exams 2022 will be declared within 20-25 days after the conclusion of the exams.
