National Eligibility Test conducted Central Board of Secondary Education ( CBSE) every year. It is a national level examination being conducted twice a year that is in month of June and December. This examination is conducted with an objective to select best candidates for eligibility of Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
Each year this examination gets conducted successfully. Large numbers of applicants appear in this examination.
The foremost eligibility criteria to apply for CBSE UGC NET examination, is that candidate must have completed Master’s degree with minimum 55% marks.
Important Dates for UGC NET July 2016
- Application process will be start from 12th April 2016
- Last Date to apply for UGC NET June 2016 12th May 2016
- Last date to pay application fee 13th May 2016
- Date of the UG NET Examination 10th July 2016
Age Limit
- For Junior Research Fellowship the age limit is 28 years.
- Age relaxation is applicable as per govt. rule.
- For Lecturer-ship-
- There is no age bar for lecturer ship

Candidates who want to appear in National Eligibility Tes can go to the official site of CBSE that is www.cbsenet.nic.in for their application.
On the webiste the application forms are available which needs to filled by the candidates.
Application Fee
- For general category applicants Rs. 600
- If you belong to OBC Category applicants Rs. 300
- If you belong to ST, SC category applicants Rs. 150
