According to Jacob Ninan, Chief Executive of Axis Bank Foundation, development sector needs professionally qualified trained talents just the way corporate sector needs. The problems of Development sector are more complex than other sectors and there is no off-the-shelf remedy accessible. This has led to the urgent need of fresh, sharp and innovative thinkers for the Development industry. This will also help IIM graduates explore the Development sector and find out more scope and goals in this sector.
