Bihar Police Vacancy 2023: The Cabinet meeting has released Bihar Police Vacancy 2023 for 75543 posts of policemen in the state. The board has recently approved a total of 13 proposals for the recruitment of police personnel in the state of Bihar. This announcement has been made in accordance with the Bihar Government’s aim to create 1 million jobs for the people of the State. The cabinet declared to create and fill more than 75000 posts in Bihar Police in the upcoming session as soon as possible.

Bihar Police Vacancy 2023 Released

The additional chief secretary S Siddharth stated on Tuesday that a total of 7808 posts will be filled in the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) in police and non-police cadre. As per the latest announcement, The police recruitment board will be completing the direct recruitment of 48447 policemen posts in the state and an additional 19288 posts to be filled in the ERSS in phase 2 recruitment. The Bihar police will be conducting the recruitment process for the released  Bihar Police vacancies from the next year itself in 2023. Reason Behind Bumper Recruitment of Bihar Police Vacancies

The Chief Minister of Bihar, Mr Nitish Kumar announced during the closing ceremony of the Police Week on February 27, 2022, that the number of policemen per one lakh population will be increased to 170 which is currently 165. The Bihar cabinet has finally addressed this announcement and announced a total 0f 75543 posts in Bihar Police to be filled in various departments.

These vacancies will include a number of posts including Constables, Head constables, Assistant Sub Inspectors, Sub-Inspectors, and more. The official notification for Bihar Police Recruitment 2023 will be released shortly by the concerned authorities soon.
